How'd I do that? Well, after pointing out that the Topower TOP-420P4 shamelessly imitates Enermax's show-off PSUs, I explain how to lie with statistics when you're rating a PSU's output power. Then I look at the "420 watt" Topower's power rating, and marvel at the fact that it _isn't_ a lie.
Then I heat up some wires and generate some numbers, and work in a reference to Disco Stu.
