"Now, to the device. The first thing I noticed after the ATI launchpad opened and the TV came on to the first channel on the dial was the terrible audio quality. The sound was, simply, distorted and crackled. I performed the channel autoscan with no problem. The TV interface software is ok, there is a way to punch in the channel directly from the numeric keypad, but I could not find a way to go channel up or down using the keyboard."
