"Frozencpu gives you more then enough molding for installation (about 7" extra) this is very helpful if you make a mistake. You will know what i am taking about if you cut the end of the molding wrong. The clear fan (optional) is sweet, It's very quiet and moves quite a bit of air threw the case. About the tools you can use either a Dremel (very slow cutting) or go get yourself a 25$ Jigsaw in witch case you can use for mods down the road. Hell split the cost with a friend. That way you both can make window holes or whatever. Though I would not suggest you to use a Dremel on a thick metal case cutting is just too slow. If you insist on using a Dremel do yourself a favor and buy a fiberglass reinforced cutting wheel. I tried to use a regular Dremel cutting wheel and almost shot pieces of the cutting disk it into my eyeball; I'm the type of person who lives dangerously like Austin Powers baby"
