It was about a day after when I reviewed up a 1 Ghz Duron, when while browsing I came to know that AMD Duron was not the fastest Value PC based chip available on the earth. I came to know that the 1.1 Ghz version of the the Intel Celeron is already being sold at Japan like hot cakes. I was kinda amazed that what make Intel to announce Ghz version of their one and only value chip so much easily. I think the Intel`s fairly popular value chip needs a revamp in it`s core. It still uses the same core at a FSB clock of 100 MHz equipped with L1 cache of 2 x 16 Kbytes and L2 cache of 128 Kbytes on a 0.18 micron technology. For a simple reason " Clock not counts always".
