It's a drive rack thingy with a clever rubber mounting system that vibration-isolates a hard drive from the case it's installed in. It works well, and it's not stupidly expensive. And it comes with German instructions, which have taught me that the German word for "O-ring" or "rubber stopper" is "Gummistopper".
