"The memory is 256MB Unbuffered SDRAM, rated at 133Mhz at CL3, or CAS3. Note also the use of Infineon memory chips. During testing, I managed to push this module as high as my older sticks, up to 146Mhz CAS2 at full BIOS memory tweaks. One main thing I look out for when purchasing memory from Apacer is the type of memory chips used. I prefer memory modules produced by Infineon, as they are 99% guaranteed to run at CAS2 at 133MHz. Mine have been able to run up to 146Mhz CAS2 stable, with 4-way interleaving and turbo settings in the BIOS on my Abit KT7-Raid. I can't run the SDRAM any higher as my motherboard chipset, the KT133, limits me. Maybe if I splurge for a KT7A later."
