First off, what makes a GF3 a "Titanium"? To put it into terms you will probably comfortable with, the GF3 Titanium 500 (Ti500) is a "GeForce3 Ultra". Yes, a faster core with faster clocked memory. The core is stock at 240MHz, while the memory is stock at 500MHz DDR. Compare this to the GeForce3 at 200MHz Core and 460MHz Mem. As you can see from the pictures below, the reference card from NVIDIA is an almost identical twin to the current GF3 cards.
