"Once everything is taped, its time to paint. Lay out the old newspaper so that you don’t paint the ground. Be sure to paint out of direct sunlight and to paint in temperatures above 65 degrees F. If it’s too cold out, the dye will not produce desirable results. It will turn out blotchy. Trust me, I learned the hard way."
