"If one decided to change the multiplier or FSB in BIOS, the machine will SHUT DOWN itself and restart within 1
second to apply the change. Sometimes the change will not be saved. I do not know the cause of the problem.
If the multiplier or FSB is set outside of tolerable range then machine will go into shut down and restart frenzy, i.e.
a loop. "
