Apart from the exposed regulator circuit, the rest of the design seems well done, and the two heatsinks are really big for PSU standards. The cables are pretty well organized inside and there are no major airflow obstructions. One minor flaw is that the fan does not have a connector, but its wires are soldered into the PCB, and this could make replacing the fan a bit harder.
