"Once I saw that a company actually had PC150 CAS2 (6ns!) RAM I jumped all over it like a dog in heat. Or something like that . I also was interested to see how high it would go, since my MemMan PC133 CAS3 Infineon would only do 139 @ 2-2-2, limiting my overclocking of my P3 700 to 973. I wanted so bad to great the not-so-great-anymore 1Ghz barrier...
I ordered some from PremierSystems for $156.95 per 128MB stick (I got 2) plus $9.90 shipping UPS Ground since I'm not privileged enough to have stuff GIVEN to me. It arrived in 4 days and I pulled it out of the box. The first thing you notice about this RAM is that is is SHORT! I mean short like a circus midget! Compared to my Infineon, this stuff is, well, Tiny."
