Why would you want ADR? We all it's ultra-reliable, but is the extra cost worth it? The HP SureStore DAT 48 GB drives set you back $400, but are significantly slower. In fact, the HP SureStore DLT drives are probably a better match, but can only deliver 40 GB per tape, and will set you back $800-$1000. It depends on how important and sensitive your data is, and also depends on how much you'd like to use it."
