Highspeedpc.com has come to an agreement with innovatek in Germany to be the US distributor of their Tweeking Device2, Athlon overclocking card. This GFD needs NO external power, has only 8 dipswitches for multiplier and voltage, and is VERY small at only 1.25"x 1.37".
