SystemLogic has done a review on the Dazzle Digital Video Creator. This $249 package allows you to connect a camcorder to your PC and capture video, use Dazzle software to edit the video and remove unwanted scenes, and to record the video to VHS tape or in the digital format onto CD-ROM. In addition the Dazzle solution lets you send the video via the internet to your friends and family.
