This showed up today - I'll leave the the full clip, cause it explains things better then I will:
"Something interesting has cropped up in the P3V4X forum on OcAust. A
long-standing gripe with that Slot1 board is how there seems to be a dead
spot in the FSB range, you can use high FSB's and low FSB's, but not a few
in the middle which is frustrating for people who's chip's sweet spot is in
that range. Well, a few forum-goers have found that strapping a small
heatsink/fan combo onto the ICS clock-generator chip (near ram slot 4) seems
to fix that problem, and this has been confirmed by a few more readers."
