It's probable you have heard some recent rumours from a couple of websites regarding ELSA being sued by NVIDIA, claiming the board manufacturer has shipped GeForce 2 based cards too early in order to get to the market first, that is, with no permission from NVIDIA. 3dspotlight has a brief response from ELSA denying these rumours...
