Tweaked driver for Savage4

RizeNet has posted a new tweaked driver for Savage4 users, with some minor
improvements over my last one, and one big one. For those of you who don't
know (i.e. most of you) my tweaked drivers combine the latest Savage4
reference drivers with optimized settings. S3 uses registry keys (hidden in
the drivers, you can view them with a hex editor) that allow various
settings. My drivers manipulate them for maximum speed and image quality. Build 202 Revision 2:
