"They make it as difficult to use as possible so that we can continue to keep this wonderful technology to ourselves. It makes them feel special, somehow superior, to the "unwashed masses" that know nothing but Microsoft products. This attitude is slowing the adoption of Linux in the mainstream and doing nothing to counter the notion that Microsoft is the "easy to use" product, while Linux is the product for 'hardcore computer geeks'"
