"My first experience with an "after market", "precision" mouse pad was with the 3M Precision Mousing Surface or PMS(where'd they come up with that one? ;). I first discovered it at a LAN in NW Pennsylvania. A friend sitting next to me had one and I wondered what could possibly be cool about a paper thin mouse pad. But when I tried it out I saw that the mouse flew across that sucker and had pin point accurracy. So, nonetheless I ran out and bought me one of these babies for 10 bucks at the local Wal-Mart."
