"The Soltek SL65JVB-X based on the VIA 694X chipset is probably what you would need as a cheap alternative that has 1Mhz stepping for you to overclock your CPU and voltage tweaking from -0.1v to +0.4v.
The speech diagnostic by VD-TECH used on this board is really an innovative move by Soltek. Although I find it a bit weird to have a board talking to you, I find it fun. Although it is fun, I find that it is not as good as D-LEDs as D-LEDs can show 16 error possibilities whereas the Voice Diagnostic can only indicate 5 common errors in 4 spoken languages."
