Their Flight Control System (FCS) was also mimicked for years by the likes of Logitech and other joystick manufacturers, and even the first Sidewinder 3D Pro joystick offered an FCS emulation mode. Up until recently, one would be led to believe that ThrustMaster dropped off the face of the Earth, as it has been a long time since they've released a joystick for the combat/flight simulation enthusiast.
