Information on Frostytech's test methodology is available here.

The 92mm PWM fan spins at 1200-2100RPM and draws power from a standard 4-pin PWM motherboard fan header. It is backwards compatible with 3-pin connectors. The aluminum fins of the SMF-660 heatsink are 0.4mm thick, spaced 1.5mm and 3.6mm apart. The cooler is 107mm tall.

Notice the placement of the 6mm diameter copper heatpipes? At the inlet side of the fan, the pipes are spaced 23mm apart. On the opposite side where airflow is concentrated the heatpipes are packed more closely together (8mm apart). Each aluminum fin tower is 25mm thick.

The copper base of the Auras SMF-660 heatsink is 36x36mm in size. The LGA775 mounting bracket is held in place with four screws, no AMD K8 bracket was included with this model however. The first aluminum fin is elevated 27mm above the base.
