I've been getting a few email's about how we order these charts, so let me just say that we go by the 100W test results on the small interface die. Since these are the results everyone is most interested in it makes the most sense. Now getting onto the results for the Cybercool; the heatsink performs above expectations from our standpoint. The initial results are placing it as a mid-level heatsink which is pretty good for a somewhat obscure manufacturer.

There is no difference in position between the initial test results and the final rise above ambient temperature results. The Cybercooler P5750 performs at just above 50 degrees above ambient on the 100W test and small interface die. This is not the best performance by any means, but for its size and materials pretty average.

At first glance it would seem that those soldering lines and flux marks are hiding a pretty good thermal interface which is not always the case. The little copper heatsink is not going to do it for overclockers, but for a nice XP system this heatsink should be sufficient to keep temperatures in check for normal use.
